You carry out removal of a final collector on the cold engine in the following order:
– switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery;
– tighten the parking brake and establish an emphasis under back wheels;
– lift a forward part of the car and establish on support;
– remove an antisplash guard of a motor compartment;

– apply on bolts of 1,2
and a spring of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector the means facilitating them an otvorachivaniye. After impregnation of bolts, turn out them and separate a reception exhaust pipe from a collector, at the same time be careful not to damage oxygen 3 sensors;
– turn out bolts of fastening of the lower braces of a final collector;
– disconnect electric sockets from oxygen sensors;
– from a motor compartment remove the top thermofilter of a final collector. There is also lower thermofilter which is attached from below a final collector, and it is not required to be removed;

and bolts and, having pulled from a head of the block of cylinders, remove a final collector with laying.
You make installation in the following order:
– remove with a scraper the remains of old laying and deposits of soot from privalochny surfaces of a final collector and a head of the block of cylinders;
– if the new final collector is established, it is necessary to rearrange from an old collector on the new lower thermofilter;
– establish new laying of a final collector on a head of the block of cylinders according to the inscriptions and signs which are available on it;
– establish a final collector and fix it by nuts. Tighten nuts in several passes, since the center and further on a spiral.
You carry out further installation to the sequences, the return to removal.
Launch the engine and check for lack of leak of the fulfilled gases.
