Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.
Remove a broad tank of the cooling system.
On the car standing on wheels weaken nuts of fastening of power shafts to naves.
Remove the working cylinder of coupling together with a liquid supply tube.
Do not press a coupling pedal at the removed working cylinder of coupling.
Disconnect electric sockets from the switch of lamps of a backing and the sensor of speed of the car.
Turn out a bolt and disconnect a wire of connection with "weight" from the transmission.
Disconnect cables of management from the transmission.
Release clips of fastening of plaits of wires to the engine and the transmission and take wires aside.
Remove a starter.
Fix the transmission to the engine, having hooked on one hook of a chain for an eye at a transmission end face, and the second hook — for an opening in an end face of a head of the block of cylinders.

Turn out the top bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine
(fig. 9.4, 9.5)
. Note an arrangement of arms which fasten these bolts.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of the left support of the power unit to the transmission.
Lift the car on the elevator. Remove forward wheels and the lower protective guard of a motor compartment.
Merge oil from the transmission.
Remove power shafts.
Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
In the presence, disconnect hoses of the oil heater from the transmission. Close the ends of hoses plastic traffic jams.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of the steering mechanism to the lower cross beam. Fix by a soft wire steering transfer on the beam established across a motor compartment.
Remove the lower cross and longitudinal beams.
On release models till 2001 remove a plate of rigidity and a plate from a back end face of the engine.
Support the transmission by a transmission jack.
Remove the left support of the transmission and its arm.

Turn out the lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine
(fig. 9.6, 9.7)
Make sure that all hoses and wires are disconnected from the transmission.
Lower the left side of the engine together with the transmission, then move the transmission from the engine and, after an exit of a main shaft from a clutch plate nave, lower and remove the transmission.
Check a condition of details of coupling, replace worn-out details. It is recommended to replace a clutch plate at each removal of the transmission.
You make installation in the sequence, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Clear a shlitsevy part of a main shaft of the transmission and grease with a thin layer of high-temperature lubricant. The layer of lubricant has to be thin and uniform, otherwise during the coupling work excessive lubricant will be rejected on the working surfaces of coupling that can break its work.
Move the transmission to the engine so that the main shaft of the transmission entered vents of the conducted clutch plate. For combination of shliyets of a main shaft of the transmission with vents of the conducted clutch plate, perhaps, it is necessary to turn a bent shaft of the engine slightly. At installation of the transmission do not allow a box to lean a main shaft on a clutch plate.
Having moved the transmission forward, install a coupling case on the directing plugs of the block of cylinders.
Tighten bolts of fastening of the transmission the required moment.
Fill in oil in the transmission.
