Remove a lock ring from the internal CV JOINT and establish a new ring
Oil vents of the internal CV JOINT gearbox.
Grease working edges of a sealing cuff of differential and, having combined vents on a shaft and a semi-axial gear wheel of differential, insert a drive shaft into the transmission before fixing by its lock ring.
If the power or intermediate shaft with the basic bearing is established, screw bolts of fastening of an arm of the basic bearing or establish a lock ring.
Grease vents of the external CV JOINT and, moving a rotary fist towards the car, insert a shaft into a nave.
Install the lower cross lever of a forward suspension bracket on the spherical hinge of a rotary fist and fix it by a bolt and nuts.
Fix by a nut the spherical hinge of steering draft on a rotary fist.
Screw a nut of fastening of a shaft of the drive to a nave. On models since 2001 it is necessary to use a new nut. Previously tighten a nut rather strongly.
Having undertaken the internal CV JOINT, but not a drive shaft, be convinced that the shaft of the drive is reliably recorded in the transmission.
Establish a wheel and fix it by nuts. Lower the car.
On the car standing on wheels tighten a nut of fastening of a shaft of the drive to a nave the moment of 216 N • m. On models till 2001 screw a lock-nut and the forelock record it from an otvorachivaniye. On models since 2001 hammer with the hammer and a punch a nut fillet into a drive shaft groove.
Fill in oil in the transmission.
