Pumping of the hydraulic drive of brakes is necessary for removal of air which considerably reduces efficiency of braking. Air can get to the hydraulic drive owing to depressurization of system at repair or replacement of brake fluid. Point the increased course of a pedal of a brake and its softness to availability of air in the drive. Before removal of air check tightness of all knots of the drive of brakes and their connections.
At partial separation of elements of hydraulic system and adoption of the corresponding precautions for prevention of further loss of liquid it is possible to pump over only the corresponding part of system.
Carry out pumping together with the assistant.
Press a brake pedal several times at the idle engine to create the identical pressure close to atmospheric pressure in cavities of the vacuum amplifier.
Uncover a tank of the brake system, add in it brake fluid and establish a cover into place.
In the course of pumping of the brake system you watch that the level of brake fluid did not fall below the middle of a tank.

In the course of pumping of the brake system constantly you monitor availability of brake fluid in a tank, without allowing an exposure of its bottom as at the same time air will get to system again.

Remove a dustproof cap from the union of pumping of the working brake cylinder of a back right wheel, clear it and put on it a pure transparent hose which other end lower in the capacity which is partially filled with brake fluid.
Sharply press a pedal of a brake of 3-5 times with an interval 2–3 with, and at the pressed pedal of a brake unscrew the pumping union on a half of a turn. Continuing to press a pedal, force out the liquid which is in system together with air through a hose in capacity. After the pedal reaches extreme lower situation and the liquid effluence through a hose will stop, wrap the pumping union to the full. Repeat these operations, the air outlet from a hose will not stop yet.
Holding a pedal in the pressed situation, wrap the pumping union against the stop and remove a hose from the pumping union.
Wipe the union of pumping and establish a protective cap.
Repeat these operations for other wheels in the following order:
– left back wheel;
– right forward wheel;
– left forward wheel.
You store pure brake fluid in a tight vessel as it absorbs moisture from air therefore temperature of boiling of liquid goes down and conditions for corrosion of details of the brake system are created.
Check the level of brake fluid in a compensation tank of the brake system and if necessary bring it to norm.
After the end of pumping press against the stop a brake pedal, at the same time it has to pass about a half of the course
