You carry out removal of a head of the block of cylinders on the cold engine in the following order:
– switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery;
– dump pressure in fuel system;
– merge cooling liquid from the block of cylinders and a radiator;
– merge engine oil from the engine and turn out an oil filter;
– remove the distributive fuel highway and nozzles;
– remove inlet and final collectors;
– take off a gear belt, a pulley of the camshaft and a tension roller of a gear belt;

– turn out bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt 5
– disconnect the sensor of position of the camshaft;
– remove camshafts 12, 49 and pushers;
– mark and disconnect the remained branch pipes of the cooling system, a tube, a cable, hoses and wires;

– a six-sided key "on 8 mm" in the sequence, the return to tightening, gradually weaken, and then turn out completely bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders
– remove a head from the block of cylinders. If the head sits very densely, the lever from outside, opposite to a gear belt, separate a head from the block of cylinders.
At installation of a head of the block it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening.
Replace all clips and collars which at removal will be damaged or cut at installation of a head of the block with new.
When replacing a head of the block in the cooling system fill in fresh cooling liquid.
Privalochny surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders have to be absolutely pure. For their cleaning use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. When cleaning be careful as it is very easy to damage aluminum alloy. Make sure that the deposit did not get to canals of the lubrication system and cooling. It is especially important for the lubrication system as the deposit can block supply of oil to engine details. If necessary clean channels.
Check privalochny surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders: on them there should not be notches, deep scratches and other damages. Small defects can be eliminated with machining. At major defects of a detail are subject to replacement.
Tap clear a carving of openings for bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in the block. Clear openings under bolts in the block. Vvorachivaniye of a bolt in the opening filled with oil can break off the block because of hydraulic pressure.
Establish details and knots which were removed from a head of the block of cylinders.
Check that the directing plugs are installed in the block of cylinders.
New laying of a head of the block of cylinders needs to be taken from packing just before installation.
Install laying on the directing plugs, at the same time the inscription "top" has to be directed to a head.
Establish a head of the block of cylinders.
Apply a thin layer of engine oil on a carving of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, insert bolts and tighten them by hand.
In the sequence shown in
the figure 3.36
in two stages, tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders:
The 1st — tighten the moment 49 N • m;
— tighten the 2nd on a corner 90 °.
Further additional pulling up of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders is not required.
Further installation of a head of the block of cylinders is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check and if necessary adjust gaps of valves.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Establish a new oil filter and fill in engine oil in the engine.
Launch the engine and check for lack of leaks.
Adjust the ignition moment.
Carry out road tests of the car.
