Check check of throttle knot as follows:
Check smoothness and uniformity of turn of a butterfly valve.
Remove an air inlet branch pipe from throttle knot and check a state in throttle knot for lack of deposits of soot and other pollution, especially around a butterfly valve. In the presence of pollution remove them with aerosol means for cleaning of carburetors and a toothbrush. Previously be convinced that aerosol means for cleaning will not damage the sensor of oxygen and catalytic converter.
You do not carry out cleaning of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS) and the valve of a control system of the frequency of rotation of idling (IAC)
You carry out removal of throttle knot on the cold engine as follows:
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.
Weaken collars and remove an air inlet branch pipe.
Disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve.
On models till 2001 with the automatic transmission, disconnect a cable of management from the lever of a butterfly valve.

Mark and disconnect vacuum hoses and hoses of the cooling system
from throttle knot
Close plastic traffic jams cooling system hoses that will prevent leak of cooling liquid.
Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS).

Remove throttle knot and laying from an inlet collector.
Installation of the engine is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following:
At installation of throttle knot use new laying.
Check level and if necessary, add cooling liquid.
